This program gives you a thorough foundation in basic nutrition so you can understand and implement healthy eating patterns and choices. You'll also learn about meal planning, shopping tips, safe food preparation, dealing with food allergies and intolerances, and how to promote healthy food choices in your family, community, or workplace.

Teen Leadership Club | Ages 14-18 | FREE
The Y Teen Leadership Council is made up of promising high school students. This free program develops young adults through team building and leadership training. They meet once a month, and food and drinks are provided. The teens also plan and implement a community service project each season and will spend additional time completing that project. Successful teens are eligible for our Summer Teen Leadership programs and/or employment with the Y summer staff team.
Lu is an interactive, indoor playground that uses lights, sounds, and video to transform our indoor space into an engaging, immersive video game! Come check it out!
