Seniors taking a Group Exercise class Seniors taking a Group Exercise class

At the YMCA we believe that exercise and health education are important to people of all ages, incomes, and abilities. Our facilities are for every individual and every level of fitness and provide a range of programs for youth, families, and adults of all ages. Our programs help members improve their health and well-being while building a stronger sense of community. The Y is more than a pool … a gym … or a fitness center. When you join the YMCA, you become a part of our YMCA community. The YMCA approaches health and fitness as a component of our mission to build healthier people and stronger communities. Our staff provides more than just exercise programs. Health and Wellness education, Adult and Youth classes, Volunteer opportunities for members, and promoting Character Development values are just some of the ways the YMCA promotes healthy living.
