About Workforce Development
The YMCA's workforce development program helps individuals gain the skills, training, and support needed to succeed in the job market. These programs focus on career readiness, professional growth, and connecting participants with employment opportunities in their community.
The Workforce Development program is based out of the Pawtucket Family YMCA and is available to all members. Our services include:
- Creating and printing a resume
- Writing a cover letter
- Preparing for a job interview
- Learning to job search online
- Gathering the documents you need to apply for a job
- Acquiring professional clothing for an interview (based on availability)
- ...and more!
