Golf Programs
Starting New at Golf, or S.N.A.G, is a youth golf program using specialty clubs and modified golf balls. Beginner to advanced group golf clinics, with up to 20 golfers, will be hosted throughout the year to enhance your golf game and teach fundamentals.
Golf Performance Assessments
All the movements of the golf swing work harmoniously together in less than 2 seconds. If one link of your golf swing is limited, it can affect other elements of your swing. During your golf performance assessment, we can measure over sixty different physical characteristics of your golf swing. These are the same tests that PGA and LPGA professionals go through at the Titleist Performance Institute in Carlsbad, CA. An internet based corrective conditioning program consisting of 18 custom workouts will be prescribed so that we can all work together to improve your swing and lower your score.
Golf Specific Training
Our golf performance assessment enables us to determine how your body is working throughout your golf swing. This program evaluates all areas of the body and all specific movement patterns. Once limitations are diagnosed, we correlate these findings with a visual look at your swing to determine your limitations and prescribe a program that attacks your weakest links. Benefits include improved core strength and balance, improved stability, and flexibility, improve swing consistency and reduce risk of injury.
