Westwood YMCA membership

A Westwood YMCA lakeside membership allows individuals and families to enjoy an outdoor recreation center amidst one of the region’s most beautiful settings, where they can relax or participate in an array of activities. The center consists of the crystal clear Quidnick Reservoir and about 80 acres of heavily wooded land preserved for camping and hiking.

In addition, members can take part in swimming, fishing, tennis, basketball and boating as well as take advantage of discounts on classes, day camps and rentals of cabins and sites for recreational vehicles. Membership also includes:

  • Access to year-round activities and programs
  • Invitations to special events
  • Use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing boats

Additional amenities available to members are:

  • Athletic fields
  • Playgrounds
  • Trails
  • Barbecue grills
  • Horseshoe pits
  • A giant rope swing
  • Volleyball courts

Membership to the Westwood YMCA is $246 per year or $20.50 per month. The entire fee can be paid when joining or through a monthly bank draft from an authorized checking or savings account. Families that demonstrate they have a need can receive scholarships in order for their children to obtain memberships and to enroll in special programs and camps.
