Week TWO – PLAY
Congratulations on making it through Week One! We’re full steam ahead for week two’s theme, Play! As we get older, play tends to take a backseat to work and responsibilities, but you can have it all! Take some time out this week to unleash your inner child and play a little! Whether that’s a board game with your family, a game of soccer with a rec team, or relaxing with a video game after a long day at work. Setting aside at least 20 minutes for play is a great way to better your mind, body, and spirit to become STRONG.
