The YMCA of Pawtucket is a membership organization that welcomes people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities and financial circumstances. YMCA personnel embrace diversity and strive to ensure that all YMCA branches reflect the needs and composition of the communities they serve.
For one low monthly fee, YMCA members have unlimited use of facilities and pay reduced fees on specialty classes and programs. Satisfaction is guaranteed and there are no contracts to sign. Membership rates include a one-time joining fee and annual dues that can be paid all at once upon joining or through a monthly bank draft from an authorized checking or savings account.
Individuals and families interested in joining the YMCA of Pawtucket can tour one of five branches, where a staff member or trained volunteer will answer questions about memberships and fitness goals. Additional information can be obtained by calling a branch or talking to a representative at the member services desk located in the entryway of each facility.

The YMCA is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization that strives to serve all. The YMCA is committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from YMCA membership and programs. To that end, this Y provides financial assistance for those who may not be able to afford the full cost of programs and services. We offer an income-based rate scale to reduce joining, monthly, and/or program fees to eligible
individuals, making the Y accessible to individuals and families at all income levels.
Our income-based membership rate scale welcomes all individuals and families to become active members of the Y, no matter what their financial circumstances may be. Membership for All is made possible due to the generosity of donations made through our Annual Fundraising Campaign. Our income-based charts are available on-line and at our Welcome Center Desks.
The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.
